Abstract: The regulation allows the
Internal Revenue Service and
participating employers to verify that a
ten-or-more employer welfare benefit
plan complies with the requirements of
section 419A(f)(6) of the Internal
Revenue Code. Respondents are
administrators of Ten-or-more employer
plans.
Current Actions: There is no change to
this existing regulation.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit or not-for-profit institutions.

Estimated Total Burden Hours: 2,500.
