SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On May
13, 2008, the Legal Services Corporation
published a notice in the Federal
Register that it will be convening a
Rulemaking Workshop in connection
with its open rulemaking to consider
revisions to 45 CFR part 1606,
Termination and Debarment Procedures;
Recompetition, and 45 CFR part 1623,
Suspension. (73 FR 27483). That notice
stated that the Workshop was going to
occur on Tuesday, June 17, 2008. The
date for the Workshop has been
rescheduled to Thursday, June 26, 2008.

Assessment and Collection of
Regulatory Fees For Fiscal Year 2008
Federal Communications
Commission.
ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking.
AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The Commission will revise
its Schedule of Regulatory Fees in order
to recover the amount of regulatory fees
that Congress has required it to collect
for fiscal year 2008. Section 9 of the
Communications Act of 1934, as
30563
amended, provides for the annual
assessment and collection of regulatory
fees under sections 9(b)(2) and 9(b)(3),
respectively, for annual ‘‘Mandatory
Adjustments’’ and ‘‘Permitted
Amendments’’ to the Schedule of
Regulatory Fees.
DATES: Comments are due May 30, 2008,
and reply comments are due June 6,
2008.
