AGENCY: SUMMARY: Under Section 10(a)(2) of Public Law 92–423, ‘‘The Federal Advisory Committee Act,’’ notice is hereby given of a meeting of the National Drinking Water Advisory Council (NDWAC), established under the Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.). The Council will consider various issues associated with drinking water and adaptation to climate change, including information about the EPA Office of Water’s draft National Water Program Strategy: Response to Climate Change. The Council will receive updates about several on-going projects including the third Contaminant Candidate List, the Aircraft Drinking Water Rule, and the PO 00000 Frm 00028 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 28821 Total Coliform Rule/Distribution System Federal Advisory Committee. EPA will also consult with the Council on the upcoming rule-making for the geologic sequestration of carbon dioxide. The Council meeting will be held on June 3, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and June 4, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Mountain time. DATES: The meeting will be held in Tucson, Arizona.
