    Take notice that on April 17, 2008, Public Service Company of 
Colorado (PSCo) filed an Offer of Settlement and Settlement Agreement 
resolving all issues between PSCo and Holy Cross Electric Association, 
Inc., Grand Valley Rural Power Lines, Inc., and Yampa Valley Electric 
Association, Inc., with respect to PSCo's February 1 and February 14 
filings in the above-captioned proceeding. On April 25, 2008, PSCo 
filed an Offer of Settlement and Settlement Agreement resolving all
