and (I), (e)(5), (e)(8), (e)(12), (f), and (g)
of the Privacy Act pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
552a(j)(2), (k)(1), and (k)(2). A Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking for exempting
this record system has been
promulgated in accordance with the
requirements of 5 U.S.C. 553(b)(1), (2),
and (3), (c), and (e) and is being
published [in 6 CFR part 5] concurrently
with publication of this Notice
