The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, from on or about January 25, 2009, until on or about April 19, 2009, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The FAA is publishing notice of proposed release of 0.02 acres of land at the Lynchburg Regional Airport, Campbell County, Virginia to the Virginia Department of Transportation for the Improvement of U.S. Route 29. There are no impacts to the Airport and the land is not needed for airport development as shown on the Airport Layout Plan. Fair Market Value of the land will be paid to the Airport Sponsor, and used for Airport purposes. DATES: Comments must be received on or before June 12, 2008.
