SUMMARY: The National Aeronautics and
Space Administration (NASA)
announces a meeting of the Earth
Science Subcommittee of the NASA
Advisory Council (NAC). This
Subcommittee reports to the Science
Committee of the NAC. The Meeting
will be held for the purpose of soliciting
from the scientific community and other
persons scientific and technical
information relevant to program
planning.

announce a forthcoming meeting of the
Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel will
hold its 2nd Quarterly Meeting for 2008.
This discussion is pursuant to carrying
out its statutory duties for which the
Panel reviews, identifies, evaluates, and
advises on those program activities,
systems, procedures, and management
activities that can contribute to program
risk. Priority is given to those programs
that involve the safety of human flight.

Standards, Fall Protection Standards,

room. Seating will be on a first-come

imperative that the meeting be held on
this date to accommodate the
scheduling priorities of the key
participants. Attendees will be required

public is permitted to file a written
statement with the Panel at the time of
