SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
notice informs the public that the
Department of Housing and Urban
Development has submitted to OMB a
request for approval of the Information
ADDRESSES:
collection described below. This notice
is soliciting comments from members of
the public and affecting agencies
concerning the proposed collection of
information to: (1) Evaluate whether the
proposed collection of information is
necessary for the proper performance of
the functions of the agency, including
whether the information will have
practical utility; (2) Evaluate the
accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the
burden of the proposed collection of
information; (3) Enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) Minimize the
burden of the collection of information
on those who are to respond, including
through the use of appropriate
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology,
e.g., permitting electronic submission of
responses. This notice also lists the
following information:
Title of Proposal: Relocation and Real
Property Acquisition, Recordkeeping
Requirements under the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as
amended (URA).
OMB Approval Number: 2506–0121.
Form Numbers: None.
Description of the Need for the
Information and its Proposed Use: HUD
funded projects involving the
acquisition of real property or the
displacement of persons as a direct
result of acquisition, rehabilitation or
demolition are subject to the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA).
Agencies receiving HUD funding for
such projects are required to document
their compliance with applicable
requirements of the URA and it’s
implementing government-wide
regulations at 49 CFR Part 24.

The Central Montana Resource
Advisory Council (RAC) will meet on
May 20, 2008, from 8 a.m. until 11:30
a.m. at the BLM Montana State Office at
5001 Southgate Drive, Billings,
Montana. Among the items to be
discussed are the Malta and Upper
Missouri River Breaks National
Monument Resource Management
Plans. The public comment period will
be at 8 a.m. on May 20.
The Western, Central, and Eastern
Montana and Dakotas RAC joint meeting
and the Western and Eastern Montana
and Dakotas RAC individual meetings
will still occur on May 20–21, 2008, as
per the notice published in the Federal
Register/Vol.73, No. 75/Thursday, April
17, 2008/Notices on page 20933.
