SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This notice informs the public that the Department of Housing and Urban Development has submitted to OMB a request for approval of the Information ADDRESSES: collection described below. This notice is soliciting comments from members of the public and affecting agencies concerning the proposed collection of information to: (1) Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility; (2) Evaluate the accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (3) Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (4) Minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submission of responses. Agencies receiving HUD funding for such projects are required to document their compliance with applicable requirements of the URA and it’s implementing government-wide regulations at 49 CFR Part 24. SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act 
(FLPMA) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (FACA), the U.S. 
Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the 
Central Montana Resource Advisory Councils will meet as indicated 
below. This is a change from the meeting dates previously published in 
the Federal Register/Vol.73, No. 75/Thursday, April 17, 2008/Notices on 
page 20933.

DATES: The Central Montana Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet on 
May 20, 2008, from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the BLM Montana State 
Office at 5001 Southgate Drive, Billings, Montana. Among the items to 
be discussed are the Malta and Upper Missouri River Breaks National 
Monument Resource Management Plans. The public comment period will be
