ACTION: SUMMARY: The Commissioner of Social Security is establishing the Future Systems Technology Advisory Panel under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). In making this decision, the Commissioner has found that the Panel is necessary and in the public interest. It will contribute to the performance of duties imposed upon SSA in carrying out its statutory mission.
