Abstract: Veterans with a combined service—connected disability rating of ten percent or more and are awaiting discharge for such disability use VA Form 28–1900 to apply for vocational rehabilitation benefits. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. It will be used to develop a Performance Measure that would require all sites to have a composite score on the ROSI that is in at least the 85th percentile of all Veterans Integrated Service Networks.
