Missouri River Energy Services (MRES),
submitted for filing additional
information regarding revisions to the
Midwest ISO open access transmission
tariff that would establish an
Attachment O transmission rate formula
to its December 20, 2007 filing. MRES
and Western Minnesota Municipal
Power Agency (Western Minnesota) are
also requesting for a declaratory order
permitting MRES and Western
Minnesota to combine their financial
information for Attachment O.
