Home Line is now part of a distribution system and no longer considered part of the project’s primary transmission line. Therefore, the licensee is requesting an amendment to remove from the license that portion of the project’s transmission line. The filing includes a right-of-way grant from the BLM for the segments of the line that cross federal lands. l.
