ACTION:
In compliance with Section
3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, the National
Security Agency announces a proposed
new public information collection and
seeks public comment on the provisions
thereof. Comments are invited on: (a)
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
agency, including whether the
information shall have practical utility;
(b) the accuracy of the agency’s estimate
of the burden of the proposed
information collection; (c) ways to
enhance the quality, utility, and clarity
of the information to be collected; and
(d) ways to minimize the burden of the
information collection on respondents,
including through the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology.
DATES: Consideration will be given to all
comments received by June 17, 2008.

correlation between the information
gathered and the attendee will me made
nor is it desired.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5
U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the
Sunshine in the Government Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR § 102–3.150, the Department of
Defense announces the following
Federal advisory committee meeting of
the Reserve Forces Policy Board (RFPB).
Previously, the Committee
Management Officer for the Department
of Defense waived the 15-calendar day
requirement for publishing the Federal

Purpose of the Meeting: A quarterly
meeting of the Reserve Forces Policy
Board.
Agenda: Discussion of homeland
security and other issues relevant to the
Reserve Components.
Meeting Accessibility: Pursuant to 5
U.S.C. 552b(c)1, as amended, portions of
the meeting will be closed. Pursuant to
5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended, and 41 CFR
102–3.140 through 102–3.165, and the
availability of space, portions of this
meeting are open to the public. To
