General Description of Collection: An institution proposing to close a branch must notify its primary regulator no later than 90 days prior to the closing. Each FDIC-insured institution must adopt policies for branch closings. This collection covers the requirements for notice, and for policy adoption. Tuesday, April 15, 2008, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's 
Board of Directors will meet in closed session, pursuant to section 
552b(c)(2), (c)(4), (c)(6), (c)(8), (9)(A)(ii), (9)(B), and (10) of 
Title 5, United States Code, to consider matters relating to the 
Corporation's supervisory and corporate activities.
