regarding a renewal to an existing OMB
clearance.
ACTION:
Under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. Chapter 35), the General Services
Administration will be submitting to the
Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) a request to review and approve
a renewal of a currently approved
information collection requirement
regarding Standard Form 151, Deposit
Bond, Annual Sale of Government
Personal Property. The clearance
currently expires on June 30, 2008.
Public comments are particularly
invited on: Whether this collection of
information is necessary and whether it
will have practical utility; whether our
estimate of the public burden of this
collection of information is accurate,
and based on valid assumptions and
methodology; ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.
AGENCY:
Authority: 42 U.S.C. 217a, Section 222
of the Public Health Service Act, as
amended. The Committee is governed
by the provision of Public Law 92–463,
as amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2),
which sets forth standards for the
formation and use of advisory
committees.
SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS)
announces the second in a series of
federal advisory committee meetings
regarding the national health promotion
and disease prevention objectives for
2020, to be held online (via Webex
software). This Committee meeting will
be the equivalent of an in-person
meeting of the Committee and will be
open to the public. The Secretary’s
Advisory Committee on National Health
Promotion and Disease Prevention
Objectives for 2020 will review the
nation’s health promotion and disease
prevention objectives and efforts to
develop goals and objectives to improve
