ACTION: Overview of This Information Collection The Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register Volume 73, Number 30, pages 8365– 8366 on February 13, 2008, allowing for a 60-day comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until May 12, 2008. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. Written comments and/or suggestions regarding the items contained in this notice, especially the estimated public burden and associated response time, should be directed to The Office of Management and Budget, Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Attention Department of Justice Desk Officer, Washington, DC 20503. DEA has investigated Organix Inc. to ensure that the company’s registration is consistent with the public interest. The investigation has included inspection and testing of the company’s physical security systems, verification of the company’s compliance with state and local laws, and a review of the company’s background and history. Therefore, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 823, and in accordance with 21 CFR 1301.33, the above named company is granted registration as a bulk manufacturer of the basic classes of controlled substances listed.     By Notice dated December 17, 2007, and published in the Federal 
Register on December 27, 2007, (72 FR 73361), Organix Inc., 240 Salem 
Street, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801, made application by renewal to the 
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as a bulk 
manufacturer of the basic classes of controlled substances listed in 
schedules I and II:

substances is consistent with the public interest at this time. DEA has 
investigated Organix Inc. to ensure that the company's registration is
