The FHWA is rescinding the notice of intent to prepare an EIS on a proposal to construct a multi-lane roadway from the intersection of Schillinger Road and Lott Road to U.S. Highway 45 in Mobile, Alabama. SUMMARY: The Charter of the United States International 
Telecommunication Advisory Committee (ITAC) has been renewed for an 
additional two years.
    ITAC was established pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
under the general authority of the Secretary of State and the 
Department of State as set forth in Title 22, sections 2656 and 2707,
