SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Missouri (FEMA–1749–DR),
dated March 19, 2008, and related
determinations.
The counties of Bollinger, Carter, Christian,
Franklin, Greene, Iron, Jasper, Jefferson,
Maries, Newton, Oregon, Phelps, Pulaski,
Reynolds, St. Francois, Stone, Texas,
Washington, and Wayne for Individual
Assistance (already designated for emergency
protective measures [Category B], limited to
direct Federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program.)
All jurisdictions in the State of Missouri
are eligible to apply for assistance under the
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
(The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
