The certificates of insurance provide evidence that worker’s compensation and general liability, automobile ability insurance are in force before any construction work is started. Frequency of Submission: Quarterly, semi-annually, annually. = 0.47 Burden hours 6,000 of engaging in Class III gaming activities on Indian lands.
