The lessee has paid the required $500 administrative fee and has reimbursed the Bureau of Land Management for the cost of this Federal Register notice. The Lessee has met all the requirements for reinstatement of the lease as set out in Sections 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C. 188), and the Bureau of Land Management is proposing to reinstate the lease effective August 1, 2007, subject to the original terms and conditions of the lease and the increased rental and royalty rates cited above. SUMMARY: This action corrects an error in the land description published as FR Doc. 99–16616 in the Federal Register, 64 FR 35179, June 30, 1999, for a Department of Energy withdrawal revocation. SUMMARY: Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 
U.S.C. 4332(2) (C), the National Park Service announces the 
availability of a Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Quarry 
Visitor Center at Dinosaur National Monument, Colorado and Utah.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Five alternatives were evaluated in the 
environmental impact statement. These include: Alternative A, No
