burdens, the U.S. Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) invites the general

comment on an information collection
requirement concerning the Application
for Waiver of Passport and/or Visa
(Form I–193). This request for comment
is being made pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act (Public Law
