Access to computerized data is restricted by passwords, which are changed according to agency security policy. RETENTION AND DISPOSAL: Records are cutoff at the end of the fiscal year and destroyed 6 years and 3 months after cutoff. Records are destroyed by degaussing, shredding or burning. ACTION: Notice to Delete a System of Records Notices.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Marine Corps is deleting a system of records notices 
from its inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 
1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a).

DATES: Effective March 17, 2008.
