Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. (DE–Ohio) filed
information in support of continuation
of its existing rate election pursuant to
section 284.123(b)(1)(ii) of the
Commission’s regulations (18 CFR
284.123(b)(1)(ii)) for service under its
blanket certificate.
DE–Ohio proposes to continue
utilizing the currently effective Rate IT
commodity charge, a cost-based rate for
comparable interruptible transportation
service that has been approved by the
Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate filing must file in accordance
with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
