The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Museum of Modern Art, from on or about April 25, 2008, until on or about April 25, 2009, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. The meeting will be chaired by the Legal Adviser of the Department of State, John B. Bellinger, III, and will be open to the public up to the capacity of the meeting room.
