180.940(a) for residues of sodium lauryl
sulfate, (CAS Reg. No. 151–21–3) as a
component of food contact sanitizing
solutions applied to all food contact
surfaces in public eating places, dairy–
processing equipment, and food–
processing equipment and utensils at a
maximum level in the end-use
concentration of 350 ppm. Because this
petition is a request for an exemption
from the requirement of a tolerance, no

Council will hold a 2-1/2 day meeting,

March 7, 2008. This notice announces
the location and times for the meeting
and sets forth the tentative agenda
topics.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
March 5–6, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. and March 7, 2008 from 8:30 a.m.
to 12 noon.

Numbering Council (NANC) has
scheduled a meeting to be held Friday,
February 22, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. until
5 p.m. The meeting will be held at the
Federal Communications Commission,
Portals II, 445 Twelfth Street, SW.,
Room TW–C305, Washington, DC. This
meeting is open to members of the
general public. The FCC will attempt to
accommodate as many participants as
possible. The public may submit written
statements to the NANC, which must be
received two business days before the
meeting. In addition, oral statements at
the meeting by parties or entities not
represented on the NANC will be
permitted to the extent time permits.
Such statements will be limited to five
minutes in length by any one party or
entity, and requests to make an oral

business days before the meeting.
