SUMMARY: Indiana has scheduled a special general election on March 11, 
2008, to fill the U.S. House of Representatives seat in the Seventh 
Congressional District vacated by the late Representative Julia Carson. 
Committees participating in the Indiana Special General Election on 
March 11, 2008, shall file a 12-day Pre-General Report, and a 30-day 
Post-General Report.
