Central Power & Lime, Inc. (Central Power) filed an application for marketbased rate authority, with an accompanying rate schedule. The proposed market-based rate schedule provides for the sale of energy, capacity and ancillary services at market-based rates. Central Power also requested waivers of various Commission regulations.
