On August 30, 2005, the Office of Management and Budget approved the information collection requirements contained in 47 CFR 73.870(a) and 73.871(c). This information collection is assigned OMB Control Number 3060–0920. This SUMMARY: In this document, the Commission adopts rules and provides guidance to efforts to promote the operation and expansion of the low power FM (LPFM) service. The Commission solicited and reviewed comments regarding the status of LPFM service, and found that to promote the service, it was necessary to make rule changes related to ownership and technical issues.
