ACTION: Proposed rule. AGENCY: SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to approve revised lead (Pb) emission limits for Quemetco, Incorporated, in Marion County, Indiana. On February 7, 2002, Indiana submitted revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) for lead as part of the State’s incorporation of a Federal standard for secondary lead smelters. On October 3, 2006, and November 27, 2007, Indiana supplemented its request as it pertained to Quemetco, Incorporated, in Marion County. The requested SIP revision replaces the Pb emission limits for Quemetco, Incorporated with similarly stringent limits. The new limits were found to be protective of the national ambient air quality standards. DATES: Comments must be received on or before February 14, 2008.
