SUMMARY: The Office of Management
and Budget, Office of Federal
Procurement Policy (OFPP) published a
document in the Federal Register of
December 28, 2007, concerning a
proposed OFPP policy letter on the
acquisition of green products and
services. The document erroneously
contained an effective date.

Correction
In the Federal Register of December
28, 2007, in FR Doc. E7–25211, on page
73909, in the first column, remove item
13, ‘‘Effective date’’, in its entirety.
The publication is not effective as of

policy letter published on December 28,
2007 is for public comment purposes
only.

concise summary of the subject matter
to be presented.
Oral presentations may not exceed ten
(10) minutes. The time for individual
presentations may be reduced
proportionately, if necessary, to afford
all participants who have submitted a
timely request to participate an
opportunity to be heard.
Participants wishing to submit a
written statement for the record must
submit a copy of such statement to
OPIC’s Corporate Secretary no later than
5 p.m., Wednesday, January 23, 2008.
Such statements must be typewritten,
double-spaced, and may not exceed
twenty-five (25) pages.
