City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Civ. No. 2:07–cv–00445, was lodged with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. In this action, the United States seeks civil penalties and injunctive relief for violations of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1251, et seq., in connection with the City of Fort Wayne’s operation of its municipal wastewater and sewer system.
