In addition, the order corrects an error relating to Increment Name (Field Nos. 28 and 60). DATES: This order becomes effective upon issuance. The revised definitions adopted in this order shall be applied to EQR filings beginning with the Q1 2008 EQR (due on April 30, 2008) and in subsequent EQR filings due thereafter.
