Northern also requests Commission approval to abandon the services it provides with respect to primary receipt and/or delivery points located on the facilities proposed for abandonment. Northern and PVR state that once Saleco is assigned to PVR, the Hemphill System will be operated by PVR as part of its non-jurisdictional gathering system.
