Take notice that on December 19, 2007, Arrowhead Louisiana Gathering LLC (‘‘Arrowhead’’) submitted a request for waiver of the requirement to file the FERC Form No. 6–Q for the second quarter of the 2007 calendar year. In support thereof, Arrowhead states that while its tariff became effective June 9, 2007, it performed no service during the quarterly period ended June 30, 2007, and has no operating revenues to report for that period. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214).
