Take notice that on December 19,
2007, Arrowhead Louisiana Gathering
LLC (‘‘Arrowhead’’) submitted a request
for waiver of the requirement to file the
FERC Form No. 6–Q for the second
quarter of the 2007 calendar year.
In support thereof, Arrowhead states
that while its tariff became effective
June 9, 2007, it performed no service
during the quarterly period ended June
30, 2007, and has no operating revenues
to report for that period.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed on or before the
comment date. On or before the
comment date, it is not necessary to
serve motions to intervene or protests
on persons other than the Applicant.

State of California’s (CPUC) Motion to
Supplement Request for Rehearing or, in
the Alternative, to Supplement the
CPUC’s Response to the Motion For
Clarification of the California Generators
filed December 21, 2007, in the abovedocketed proceeding (December 21
Motion). WPTF states that because of
the intervening holidays and vacation
schedules involving WPTF counsel and
personnel, additional time is needed to
coordinate and prepare a responsive
filing.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby
