The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally filed on December 14, 2007. FTZ 155 was approved on October 24, 1988 (Board Order 398, 53 FR 44510, 11/03/88). The general-purpose zone currently consists of six sites (1,234 acres total) in Calhoun and Victoria Counties, Texas.
