On December 11, 2007, the
Commission held a technical conference
to obtain information as to any queue
issues that may have arisen since the
issuance of Order No. 2003 and
solutions that may have been developed
or proposed to deal with those queue
issues.1 The purpose of the technical
conference was to discuss possible
methods to address the current
challenges of queue management while
still honoring the goals of Order No.
2003. All interested persons are invited
