Classification Comments: Interested parties may submit comments involving the suitability of the land for the K–5 elementary school and the 6–8 grade middle school. Comments on the classification are restricted to whether the land is physically suited for the proposal, where the use will maximize the future use or uses of the land, whether the use is consistent with local planning and zoning, or if the use is consistent with State and Federal programs. Additional Comments: Interested parties may submit comments regarding the specific use proposed in the application and plan of development, whether the BLM followed proper administrative procedures in reaching the decision, or any other factor not directly related to the suitability of the land for school sites. amended (NEPA, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.), the Bureau of Land Management 
(BLM), Little Snake Field Office, Colorado, announces its intent to 
prepare additional air quality information. On February 9, 2007, the 
BLM published a Notice of Availability in the Federal Register (Vol. 
72, No. 27, pages 6284-6285) announcing the release of the Draft EIS
