making an oral presentation will be
limited to a total of three minutes.
Proposed agenda items for the
meetings include, but are not limited to:
Teleconference #1: The objectives of the
review; an overview of ORD’s Global
Change research program; a summary of
major changes in the Global Change
research program since 2005;
Teleconference #2: A synopsis of the
revised Global Multi-Year Plan;
subcommittee discussions; and
preparation for the face-to-face meeting;
face-to-face meeting: Subcommittee
discussions of the Global Change
research program’s progress in response
to recommendations from its 2005
BOSC review and other activities. The
meetings are open to the public. The

FCC., 373 F.3d 372 (2004), and responds to petitions for reconsideration of the
2002 Biennial Review Order.
