The licensee shall make criminal history records, obtained under this section, available for examination by an authorized NRC representative, to determine compliance with the regulations and laws. 5. The licensee shall retain all fingerprint and criminal history records received from the FBI, or a copy, if the individual’s file has been transferred, for three (3) years after termination of employment or determination of access to SGI.
