This document is necessary to correct two typographical errors. DATES: This correction is effective November 16, 2007, and is applicable to October 15, 2007. ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal 
Register on August 28, 2007 (72 FR 49139), that requires the use of 
electronic submissions in all agency hearings, consistent with the
