SUMMARY: Under Section 10(a)(2) of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, the
United States Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) is giving notice of a
meeting of the Total Coliform Rule
Distribution System Advisory
Committee (TCRDSAC). The purpose of
this meeting is to discuss the Total
Coliform Rule (TCR) revision and
information about distribution systems
issues that may impact water quality.
The TCRDSAC advises and makes
recommendations to the Agency on
revisions to the TCR, and on what
information should be collected,
research conducted, and/or risk
management strategies evaluated to
better inform distribution system
contaminant occurrence and associated
public health risks.
Topics to be discussed in the meeting
include: TCR rule objectives and how
the TCR relates to other Safe Drinking
Water Act regulations, TCR indicator
framework, TCR implementation and
compliance analysis, potential ways to
revise the TCR, and an assessment of the
information on distribution system
issues that may impact water quality.
DATES: The public meeting will be held
on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 (8:30
a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time (ET)) and
Thursday, December 6, 2007 (8 a.m. to

that contains the administrative
information and a series of schedules
used for filing technical and other
information. Respondents are

applicant was the winning bidder in a
spectrum auction (700 MHz auction

link’’ for all filings an entity has with
the FCC. The Debt Collection
Improvement Act of 1996 requires that
entities filing with the Commission to
