The remainder of the Committee’s sessions from 3:15 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2007, and 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, will be closed in accordance with Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92–463). The agenda calls for discussions of agency declassification decisions concerning the Foreign Relations series and other declassification issues. Shipping Coordinating Committee (SHC) will conduct an open meeting from 
9:30 to noon on Friday, 9 November 2007, in Room 6103, at U.S. Coast 
Guard Headquarters, 2100 Second St., SW., Washington, DC 20593. The
