Purpose of Meeting: To obtain input from stakeholders on their needs for information and guidance to be included in a revision of the ‘‘Occupational Exposure Sampling Strategies Manual’’ (OESSM), which is sometimes referred to as ‘‘Leidel, Busch and Lynch’’ or ‘‘The NIOSH Yellow Book’’ [https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/77– 173.html]. Status: The forum will include scientists and representatives from various government agencies, industry, labor, and other stakeholders, and is open to the public, limited only by the space available. Section 42 CFR 413.20(b) requires that cost reports be required from providers on an annual basis. Such cost reports are required to be filed with the provider’s fiscal intermediary. The CMS 2088–92 cost report is needed to determine the amount of reimbursable cost that is due these providers for furnishing medical services to Medicare beneficiaries.
