filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Third Revised Volume No. 1, Sixth
Revised Sheet No. 40N, with an
effective date of November 1, 2007.
Transco states that the filing is being
made in compliance with the ‘‘Order
Issuing Certificate’’ issued by the
Commission on April 12, 2007 in the
captioned proceeding.
