This plat was prepared at the request of the United States Forest Service. The supplemental plat of sections 12 and 33, Township 6 South, Range 18 East, accepted April 17, 2007, and officially filed April 19, 2007, Arizona. This plat was prepared at the request of the Bureau of Land Management. The supplemental plat of section 22, Township 5 South, Range 26 East, accepted April 17, 2007, and officially filed April 19, 2007, Arizona. This plat was prepared at the request of the Bureau of Land Management. A person or party who wishes to protest against any of these surveys must file a written protest with the Arizona State Director, Bureau of Land Management, stating that they wish to protest. A statement of reasons for a protest may be filed with the notice of protest to the State Director, or the statement of reasons must be filed with the State Director within thirty (30) days after the protest is filed. Termination of Desert Land Entry and Carey Act Classifications

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice terminates Desert Land Entry and Carey Act 
Classifications on 120 acres of land in Owyhee County as these 
classifications are no longer needed. A portion of these lands will be 
exchanged pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and 
Management Act of 1976.

DATES: Effective Date: October 19, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On December 5, 1984, and December 23, 1985, 
the lands listed below were classified as either suitable or unsuitable 
for entry under the authority of the Desert Land Act of March 3, 1877, 
as amended and supplemented (43 U.S.C. 321, et seq.) and the Carey Act 
of August 18, 1894, as amended (43 U.S.C. 641 et seq.). The 
classifications on the following described lands are hereby terminated:
