revision fully implements the CAIR
requirements for Illinois. As a
consequence of the SIP approval, EPA
would also withdraw the CAIR Federal
Implementation Plans (CAIR FIPs)
concerning SO2, NOX annual, and NOX
ozone season emissions for Illinois.

SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to approve
revisions to the Iowa State
Implementation Plan (SIP) and
Operating Permits Program submitted
by the state of Iowa. These revisions
update and clarify various rules and
makes minor revisions and corrections.
Approval of these revisions will ensure
consistency between the state and
Federally-approved rules, and ensure
Federal enforceability of the State’s
revised air program rules.
