292.205(c), filed a request for a temporary limited waiver of the 
Commission's operating and efficiency standards in 18 CFR 
292.205(a)(2), with respect to the qualifying status of its 52 MW 
cogeneration facility located in the Roxboro, North Carolina for 
calendar years 2007.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be
