Description of the need for the information and proposed use: This is a request for extension of a currently approved collection. Form HUD–92051, Compliance Inspection Report, is the document on which the property inspector or appraiser prepares his or her findings. The form provides categories for the inspector or appraiser to report the status of repair requirements on proposed construction cases. This report becomes a part of the case file and a copy is provided to the lender. Form HUD–92300, Mortgagee’s Assurance of Completion, is completed by the mortgagee and assures HUD that the items set forth in the inspection report will be completed by the required date stated. Estimation of the total numbers of hours needed to prepare the information collection including number of respondents, frequency of response, and hours of response: The number of burden hours is 154,667. The number of respondents is 37,440, the number of responses is 623,060, the frequency of response is on occasion, and the burden hour per response varies from 6 to 15 minutes.
