practices for standardization, revision,
clarification, and upgrading of
terminology and procedures.

to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday, October 30, 2007,

SUMMARY: On September 20, 2007, the
FHWA published its Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal
Register at 72 FR 53736. This
publication announced a public meeting
on October 11, 2007, to discuss the
NPRM. In response to comments
received, the FHWA has decided to hold
an additional public meeting on October
18, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. All interested
persons are invited to offer views at
these two public meetings.
DATES: The first public meeting will be
held on October 11, 2007, beginning at
1:30 p.m. The second public meeting
will be held on October 18, 2007,
beginning at 1:30 p.m.
